Yes. Homeowners can post local jobs for free.

Does FixFolk charge contractors for leads?

No. Service pros can find and respond to available FixFolk jobs without paying a per-lead fee.

Does FixFolk handle payment for the job?

No. FixFolk does not currently process or hold homeowner-to-contractor job payments. The parties arrange payment directly.

What does a verified FixFolk review mean?

It means the review is tied to an eligible FixFolk job relationship. It does not mean FixFolk inspected or guaranteed the work.

Why are there few jobs or service pros in my area?

FixFolk is an early platform growing market by market. We intentionally do not create fake activity to make an area look busier.

Can contractors show previous work?

Contractor profiles and work-history features are being expanded. Full media uploads are being introduced carefully rather than displaying fake portfolio content.
