Include the job title and a short explanation of what happened. Do not email passwords, reset links, or payment-card information.

Safety and abuse

Use in-product report and block tools when available. For immediate physical danger or an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services.

What FixFolk does—and does not do

FixFolk connects homeowners with independent local service providers. The core service is free for homeowners and service pros. We do not process or hold job payments, perform the work, or guarantee a service pro’s work. Homeowners and service pros make their agreement and arrange payment directly.
